It seems looking back on it now that there was an exorbitant amount of items with both the Hulk, and Spider-man on them. After all, they were Marvel’s top salesman. They hawked toiletries, housewares, vitamins, some of the ugliest seventies clothes I have seen, and of course,…the toys.

Of course nothing screams “summer water fun” more than the Hulk, and Spidey in your pool. The trend with pool products today, are just to use the standard current Marvel house comic illustrations from some of their most popular artists. In “ancient times”, it was sometimes left up to the company producing the item to illustrate it themselves. Such was the case with the Hampshire company in 1977.
