Milton Bradley, maker of board games, puzzles, and more, decided to issue a puzzle based on Marvel heroes of that time.  What’s puzzling is the fact that someone decided that Spider-man needed a nose, and a mouth on his mask.  When I first saw this puzzle I had almost thought that some kid had drawn it on himself, but was taken back when I found out it occurred as part of the original production of the toy.  That, and labeled clearly on the box is “Guardians of Justice”, but it definately has all the ingredients for Marvel’s “Avengers”.   Obviously there was no product oversight back then.  Check out the creepy looking Spider-man below!
